This wildflower does really well and colonises everywhere. During the blitz it got the name fireweed because it sprang up wherever there had been a fire. The railway also helped to move this flower seed along.If you are a gardener they can be a bit of a pain, but will pull out easily. Do what I do and tell everyone that you grow them for the sake of the birds.
