International 5 metre?

Cowes classic boat week comes to an end with the parade of sail. So many lovely wooden boats from the small and delicate to unattainable 60 footers built in the 1900's and the subject of restorations costing hundreds of thousands of pounds.
This was just one of many boats but one of the prettiest.
I am down to take a Prior 37 back to Levington near Harwich over the next three days, looks like there will be three of us doing the trip and I've been detailed off to be skipper.
Need to do some homework on crossing the Thames estuary before Monday morning.
As it happened we had a late departure from Cowes (1.30pm) and light following winds so progress was pretty slow, put the engine on through the Looe channel and motor sailed the rest of the way to Brighton, finding the marina entrance in the dark was a joke and thankfully the gps was working. Sea state and wind meant getting the main off before entering the marina was pretty hairy and very wet. Finally got alongside just before midnight - and turned in straight away. One of the crew leaving tomorrow morning so it's just the two of us for the next two legs
