Busy day to day took a walk with lola and her mum this morning, blood test at the doctors after then did a bit of shopping for bits for tea.

It is muggie again to day the sky looks full of rain and as yet there has been none. Molly and me went along the front and had a run along the sand. On the way to the beach we had and ice cream and this is molly having her share i did not want to give any as i wanted for my self but when she gives you them eyes you have to give in. She is sat on the back of the chair now looking out for her dad.
