Graceful Wonder

Been bad weather today, just grey and cold, so we decided to find something indoors to do with the kids. We ended up at the Sealife Centre at Scarborough and saw some amazing creatures. I practised some low light photography, but struggled with the small amount of space, people bumping/pushing me all the time and the shallow tanks where the subjects were close to the glass.

This beauty was in a section where there quite a few species of jellyfish; the ones in UV light were truly magical. I am not at home until Sunday and I really need Lightroom to process a lot of the images I shot to do them justice, but this was backlit enough to post it raw. So wonderful to look at, these animals are simple and beautiful.
