Life in the Old Dogs Yet!

Day 3 today and it's been a great day out at Culbin which is a forested area of sand dunes and a fantastic habitat for wildlife. Today there was some additional wildlife in the shape of our juniors and coaches. They had several contouring and simplification exercises to do, finished off with an odds and evens relay with team of juniors and coaches. Don and John, two of our senior coaches, are here showing that they can equal the youngsters for enthusiasm and competitiveness!
