Splash!

Today was Sprint Championships Day with the Qualifying Race in a wood near Carrbridge and the A and B Finals back here at Lagganlia on site around the buildings and in the surrounding woodland. Both were exciting competitions, well fought. Afterwards it was rest day so it was off to the rings at Badaguish centre near Loch Morlich, followed by a swim in the loch, time off for good behaviour in Aviemore, then a barbecue at the centre. A great day, and the sun shone too.

This is James, one of our coaches, also a Great Britain team member, slipping off the rings. I like how his reflection comes up to meet him. Much enjoyed by the Juniors!
