Panic!

Aaaah!! 7.30 and I haven't got round to blipping today.......

I have kept a diary every day for the past 23 years! This may seem a boring and meaningless thing to do but I enjoy thinking back over the day and deciding on the highlights. My Mother kept a diary too and it was very poignant after her death to read her account of the time when my Father died ( back in 1966) and to see the same events that I recall so vividly through different eyes.

It is also very useful at times and although I am teased about this pastime, I am often asked to look back to find the exact date when something took place. It is making interesting reading at the moment because our grandson was born last May and I am re-living the whole experience through last year's diary! It is exactly one year ago that our offer on this house was accepted too! It was SUCH a busy time and I am so thankful that we haven't got all of that to cope with again!

In fact we are going away for a few days and so I will be back blipping when we get back. I hope you all have a great weekend.
