Chef's delight

Didn't get the chance too blip yesterday as I was busy cleaning up after the fire. I had my son today and did stuff with him and took a few photos. However, when he went to bed I rustled this up. Nice little salad, italian potaoes and chorizo cooked in red wine. It looks good, but it tasted better!!!
