Too Late for a Picnic

I spent too much time with my iMac this afternoon, and then had to go to another political event at a friend's house in the evening. C went out for dinner and a play at the Mount Baker Theater with her best friend, who is visiting from Seattle.

Miss Annie hadn't been out in the car for a while and was desperate to go somewhere, so I drove her down to Lake Padden for a walk just before sunset.
