I can't fool one of the people some of the time
During the holidays, we were testing out 'foreign food' with the number one son. Foreign food in the shape of 'unknown biscuits'. They went down very badly the look of disdain from the wee man at his parents for not providing the proper biscuits was indeed an uncomfortable one. I however am cleverer than that and I can mask food. I recall a famous time when my sister came with her family for some pizza. Their daughter who doesn't like mushrooms, detected the 1mm slices of mushroom on the pizza which I had placed on the pizza in a vain attempt to get her to try something else. The failure was total and abject, as she carefully removed them all having sniffed out the deceit.
So today the infamous biscuit, was mashed up and added to number one son's favourite fruit compote. The first five or six mouthfuls went well then he smelt the rat and those damn rotten biscuits which nearly spoiled the holiday.
This is therefore the test to see how clever Daddy is, with his biscuit masking trickery. I think the answer is quite conclusive.
Not very clever.
Beautiful day in the sunshine.
