It's a dogs life!

Na na na na naaaa!

Hee hee, I have had a FANTASTIC day today. This morning mum and daddy took me to the beach with no sea. We were hoping that the sea would be in but we just missed it :-( Never mind though, there were LOADS of pools and mud for me to play in.

Mum wanted to play with the settings on her camera again but silly her, she forgot that it was still set on black and white from the other day!!

However we were quite pleased with quite a lot of the shots, we have taken AGES to decide tonight and now we are in a rush because we are going to see Harry Potter at the cinema in a minute. I can't wait, I am hoping for a bucket of popcorn all to myself. Oh....hang on a minute......Mum and daddy are going to the cinema, I have to stay home and guard the house. hummmpphhhh.

When I was at the beach I had a FANTASTIC game of chase with a baby wagtail. Mum and daddy were shouting after me to come back but I was hot on its tail. It was still a baby so it didn't know to just go up high and I would stop. It is the first time I have really chased something and I must say I LOVE IT!! Mum was getting VERY worried that I would catch it and play shake with it right in front of some children playing on the beach. She said I wasn't giving a very good impression of myself to others. I don't think my doggie friends would agree, especially Teagan who caught a pheasant yesterday!

On the way home in the car I was very exhausted but that didn't stop mum and daddy giving me a right talking to about chasing other animals, Yeah yeah yeah...I will try and remember but honestly guys.....I'm a labrador from a field trial champion heritage.....what do you expect ;-)

Another lovely walk with mum this afternoon and now I am going to settle down to a few hours to myself in front of the TV whilst they are out. Apparently I have a new chew toy to entertain me whilst they are gone. It is supposed to be indestructable...........mmmmmmmm we will see....

I must get some sleep too because tomorrow we are going on HOLIDAY to Aunty Eve's house in Cornwall. You know how much I LOVE Cornwall, it means beach everyday........woooohoooooo AND on Tuesday I am meeting Molly the gorgeous Collie in St Ives...I CAN'T WAIT:-)

Bye for now
