Bit of a 'do'

...on in Embra today when a couple, succinctly described by the policeman in charge of security as 'sports personalities', got married at Canongate Church on The Royal Mile. My, how we turned out in our thousands to see.. well, nothing at all really. Still, it was a beautiful sunny day and I got back on my bike, so to speak, and cycled down to Holyrood to join in the fun.

Posted this shot of the Royal Scots Pipe Band as they made their solemn way into the grounds of the Palace of Holyroodhouse ready to give a traditional Scottish piped welcome the newly weds and their guests as they arrived for the reception. It was between this and a few other shots of some truely hot policemen - and I don't mean just because the temperature was 23 degrees...
