White, white wine

Now, I'm not partial to a glass of white wine - even when expertly chilled - and break with all notions of good taste and tradition by preferring to imbibe red wine with fish, chicken and, well, anything really. However, needs must when it's the last day of my holidays and there is only some white wine in the fridge leftover from last week's birthday bash. White wine's not so good with leftover chocolate cake, mind you...
