Water Lily

Another warm and humid day, only eased slightly by a short downpour which of course was the time i'd chosen to venture out!!
Ah well it was still lovely to wander by the canal. I nearly blipped a gorgeous elegant heron til a small brat child scared it off by waving and flailing his arms around!! Instead i chose this rather pretty water lily which seemed unperturbed by the commotion.
