Not only are they useless at finding the broken stop-tap, they can't spell either!

It was a YW man who found and identified the tap as broken, his workmates are now having difficulties locating it, in this wonderful age of technology where we can send emails and texts across the world and have a reply to a query in seconds, why can't Yorkshire Water get their act together and speak to each other and let the poor guys know where the tap is..

The broken tap is in the field, NOT under the road!
