Went for broke today...12 miles

Like to say it went well. Actually the first 10 were okay but the last 2 I felt as though I was doing one of them race walk thingies.

Too bloody warm and muggy, not enough water, and hips and knees hurting. I won't say how slow the last 2 miles were, suffice to say...slow!
