A runner runs through it

The river Lowther making its way under Low Gardens Bridge, at the Northern edge of Lowther Park.

A 6 mile road,trail and field run.

Wasn't going to go today after the miserable effort that was Wednesday's run!
Then just before finishing work Rod said he was going on a 9 mile run, to test out an injury (?), and insinuated I should be going out too. Despite trying to shake the idea, I couldn't, so off I went...

Glad I did, felt very good, and more importantly, all the way round I was making an effort to speed up a bit, so the time was good too.

Very happy, could a PB be in the offing at Langdale?
