Saguaro

We arrived in Arizona today. Spent most of the day in a meeting, but were able to take a short hike up to the waterfall above the resort. I find the environment here so exotic; it's so different than Mississippi. Call me Captain Obvious if you like.

The saguaros are amazing and can be seen growing all up the mountainside behind the resort. Some of them have holes in them where birds are nesting. You can see a few at the top of this one.

I really wish I had take a picture of the guacamole we had for dinner. There's a restaurant here called the Flying V where they make fresh guacamole at your table. Unfortunately we ate so much of it that we were full afterward and pretty much missed the rest of the menu (but not the drinks!).

More meetings for me tomorrow. The lovely and talented Mrs. SeeMore is going to 'hang out by the pool.' Seems fair, right?
