daytrip to Portree.....

...up to the pitter patter of raindrops this morning but by the time we were all up dressed & fed it had cleared up...

...so we headed up to Portree for the afternoon...

...it was so packed with tourists it was a little clustrofobic....

...the harbour was lovely... all the multi-coloured buildings were picture perfect....

... the seagulls were huge... must have be all the chips they get fed....

... Cooper was quiet happy... he found a friend... a cat, he didn't want to leave it.... that was the hi-light of his day.... (if only Teegan was that easy to please!).... but other than too many people it was a lovely afternoon...


aaarrrggghhhhh..... the midgies.... I'm being eaten alive.....


Stuart's trying his hand at fishing.... what a laugh all he's catching is seaweed & Cooper keeps saying "is it a fish daddy? ... no daddy... more seaweed!"... so so funny....

we spent the evening playing Uno... but had to give up when it got too dark & we couldn't see the difference between the green & blue cards....
