Eggs and Bacon OMG Cakes

Busy day outside yesterday and didn't get to blip :(

However, got a chance to catch up on-line late last night and discovered a wonderful looking recipe on a Flud feed - bacon and egg 'cup-cakes' where the bacon is the case and the egg is the filling, with a bit of cheese, seasoning and fresh herbs on top to finish them off. They looked amazing.

I can report that they taste damn fine too. A short walk to the local shop to get some Derbyshire bacon and a handful of herbs as I passed back through the garden ensured that Hollow Jnr 1 and I had these as, in her words, a "treat breakfast".

Her final report was, "I am definitely having these on my birthday!".
