Pirate Evie

Day 5

Nice day today, hit the beach in the morning where the girls had a good dig and a paddle in the sea.

We were visited by a baby seagull in the house...unable to fly and stuck in the back patio. Lily managed to get it out of the house...so hopefully it is now safe and sound living off chips on Scarborough prom.

Evie has been desparate to take a trip on the Hispaniola - the pirate ship that goes out in Scarborough bay. Jeanne didn't want to go so she stayed with her big sis and me and Evie hit the harbour.

Evie is one in a million, she has lots of confidence and generally just barges to the front so she can be first and take center stage! She was first in the queue to feed the sharks at the sea life centre and the pirate ship was no different. Straight on...right to the front of the boat.

She is just hungry for new experiences all the time! And I love it.

As soon as we stepped off the pirate ship she decided that she had found her seafaring legs and wanted to go on the speedboat...so we did that too!
