May I Introduce Kerkini.........

This is Kerkini, he's a spurred thighed tortoise, who's roughly 5 years old.
We named him after a lake my wife and i were visiting in Greece 3 years ago.
The area is in Northern Macedonia, Greece. The lake is about 12 miles long, if you take the time to travel around it, you'll see, tortoises, trutles, wild water buffalo, wild horses, pelicans and flamingo's. And any amount of other resident birds, including, eagles, kites and buzzards. It's an absolutely stunning place, well off the beaten track, but if you like stunning scenery, plenty of wild life, oh and solitude, then it's worth the effort.
