Day out at Ilkley Lido again

Not quite as hot as last time but, hey what's one " middle aged woman in a bikini wrapped up in a dignified manner in a picnic blanket" between friends eh ?

The sun was there but hiding behind the clouds ( hold the press, me bemoaning the fluffy things). The yellow thing in the sky decided to start behaving about three o'clock and the sparkles on the water were beautiful. - Of course you are not allowed cameras by swimming pools nowadays as the world has gone loopy and if you use one then you go to jail without passing go and without collecting £200 ( old money, which is about 42 pence now with inflation ) - so I had to sneak my iphone down my bikini top to get past Check Point Charlie - aka the lifeguard on the tall chair -- in order to snap away at the fabulous water.

Water this close reminds me of Nirvana's Nevermind Album and quite co incidentally the 20 year anniversary of it's release holds another tale of the world going bonkers for censorship
