Sunflower Power...

Well today has been a bit of a lazy day. Slept better last night but still feeling a little tired after my sleep-over, courtesy of the NHS, the previous night.

D was an absolute star last night and as well as going to Tescos's to buy all the ingredients for a belated anniversay meal, not only cooked it but cleared it all up as well! Yip, he's a keeper! :))

Today's blip is of a ceramic tile we bought in France. It caught our eye because it is so vibrant and beautiful and this year, sunflowers seemed to be the theme of our holiday. They were everywhere we looked and I never tired of taking photographs of them. I must have hundreds!

This is also the first gift we've bought for our new house and I plan to sit it on the window sill against the kitchen window. A little reminder not only of our holiday but all the negotiations that took place whilst we were in France, to secure our new home!

Still not had time to catch up with all your blips but plan to do so this evening. It's amazing how tetchy I get when I'm behind with commenting! It really miss seeing all your lovely photos and reading your write ups!
