Now here is some business sense for you: there is an ice cream parlour right across from the kids' nursery.

Whilst on our way to pick Lilli up from ballet, Sam was quite happy to wait our turn (there was a massive queue!) at the prospect of a huge cone of home made vanilla ice cream (for a whopping 80 cents). My limoncello scoop brought back Tuscan memories, and the sunshine made it all perfect.

I suspect this might become a bit of a routine the hotter the days get...
