New gerbera flower - study in red

My daughter gave me a gerbera plant for Mothers' Day - not very good with plants, but this one has lasted, and has lots of buds coming, this is the first of the second flowering.

I'd like to keep it going till the frosts are over and put it in the garden for summer.

I love the red, and all the different textures and patterns in the heart of the flower.
