Preparation?
Day 5: Lochnell and Shenavallie
I didn't have a great deal of time to blip orienteers today as we had late starts again and we were walking to assembly from our accommodation in Benderloch. When Tony and I went to look at the finish set-up I spotted this Scandinavian orienteer getting in the zone. Orienteers prepare for racing in many different ways, but this was a new one on me.
I'm plummeting down the results with my worst race today - too much mud and bog and too many brain cells left behind at the cottage! Tony finished in 17th place and I was a miserable 61st!
