Hopping Race?

Day 6: Ardchattan
Last day of the Orienteering Festival today and the gruelling climb up to the top of Ardchattan for the start was worth it for the marvellous views. My knees struggled on what was essentially open moorland and then a long downhill to the finish so, although I didn't make any major errors, I was down on the results again. Tony finished in an excellent 13th position to ensure his gold overall standard, and I managed bronze standard for my four better results, 51st position today! Then it was in the car and the long journey home.
