Swooping swallows

Several times a day, these swooping barn swallows came over the pool to pick up water from the surface. It was a salt-water pool but they didn't seem to mind.

I sat for quite a while at the edge of the pool trying to catch them as they swooped over at high speed, skimmed the surface and picked up water.

This is my best attempt - thank heavens for a 'burst' mode!
