The House of Yes

Went along to another rehearsal this evening - this time for the Arkle play The House of Yes by Wendy MacLeod. It's "a pitch black comedy, unsuitable for the family" as it says on the flyer. Still in the rehearsal space, rather than the venue, so the setting and lighting wasn't all in place, but was still a powerful piece. And great to see L performing her lines, rather than just hearing her deliver them as I have when helping her to learn them over the past few weeks. (Well a few weeks ago now, as they have been 'off book' for  while now.) And her new hairdo and costumes look just great. It's going to be a great show when it goes up in just over a week.
