Harvesting Work

Friday evening I worked making jam--9 quarts of raspberry jam,using the berries from my garden, and 9 quarts of strawberry jam. Tonight I picked our first zucchini and yellow squash. Tomorrow I will make more raspberry jam and apricot jam. I love canning and harvest time. It makes me happy to see my canning shelves full.
