Monarda

Today was another productive day--47 pints of raspberry, apricot, and apricot-pineapple jam. I really do enjoy canning--though at times it sure is messy! I couldn't decide if I missed my kids here helping me, or if I liked being the only one making a mess!

This lovely monarda called to me--I've been trying to branch away from so many flower shots, but I really liked this one!
