Somewhere over the Rainbow

I saw a rainbow this morning when I caught the train to uni. I read somewhere that people in America can't see rainbows? Not sure if that is true or not?

are blue

I thought the song matched the picture. I also never realized how the back of the train station looks.. Not the prettiest.. But the rainbow is pretty enough!
