Spot the odd one out!

We went out looking for birds today and spotted this chap (and a second one) amongst the flamingoes at Ras Al Khor nature reserve. None of my bird books for the area have him (her?) as even a vagrant in this part of the world, so how they got to be there is a mystery to me....but they are very beautiful.
