Coaching on the run

Meeting in Wellington today and tomorrow. Post meeting went out and along the waterfront for a run. Not far into my run I noticed a sculler out on the harbour and his coach's boat coming along to give some advice.

The sun had just about gone behind the hills, but enough was till hitting the water to give some highlights to the ripples.

Really sad about the riots in London.
