Last night I made these strawberry tartlets using the strawberry conserve I made at the weekend. I made 4, but we could only manage 1 each for pudding, turns out they're a bit rich and forcing ourselves to eat 2 each would just have spoiled the whole effect! Hope they'll still taste as good tonight.
Behind them is a sample of the jams and marmalade that I've made over the last few months. Lots of jars of therapy - both the making of it and the eating!
