Close up

I'm grateful to Kate for suggestions this week, as I'm definately running low on ideas. So today's challenge is close up and as Sav bought us a new tele-zoom macro ( tho it's not really a macro in the true sense of the word ) lens, I've been trying it out.

We've umm-ed and ahh-ed over it and are still not sure we like it, but as we have 30 days to return it we'll see how we go.

Anyway, in gale force wind, I managed to get a shot of a foxglove flower for the brief moment it wasn't being battered by the wind ( but couldn't catch the busy bee flitting in and out of the flowers, darn it! ).
