Seedless mandarins

I've been stuffing my face with those for the past week. Yum.

Nate has just converted to veganism, so our kitchen is stocked with soy products, fruit and vegetables. I'm still a vegetarian. Hopefully having a bunch of vegan products around will encourage me to eliminate dairy and fish from my diet. If that happens, I'll really, really, really miss sushi. Especially the Philly roll.
