Edinburgh festival is truly upon us.

Here we have a preview of a Macbeth show, on the Royal Mile. I tend to wander down once or twice during the festival. I do like the atmosphere, though it is very difficult walking with a child, and nobody seems To mind if they split you up from them. So a few mild panics where her hand left mine, but she really enjoyed it all the same. I swear this city gets busier every year.

Looking forward to my wee break at the weekend, off work for a whole five days. Unheard of. Then back to work next week, with my lively new member of staff. Yippee!
