Elmdon Park

Worked the night shift last night, where i delivered a beautiful little girl, and woke to a grey sky with a steady breeze. However it was dry and warm and perfect for a walk in my local park to clear my fuzzy head. Spotted a gorgeous Kingfisher perched on a branch, but as per usual my subject took off as soon as the camera was poised..grr. Instead i chose this rather peaceful scene.
Off now to cook something tasty after stocking the fridge up on lots of colourful frit and veg. Having a bit of a health kick after lots of recent over indulgences!! :-)
