Just south of Floro the final stop before Bergen this lump of rock rises out of the sea to a height of around 600m. Much of the scenery this morning was like this and the Hurtigruten is the way to see it.

Brilliant as the scenery was and no complaints about the ship which was just perfect I'm not sure I'm ready for a boat trip of 11 days as I would miss the walking and I'm not a very good sailor - someday though.

Highly recommended however is sailing is your thing and you want to see magnificent scenery.
