Mmm!

Quick trip to London today to see friends who live in Oman. Lovely to catch up, it has been over two years. Kept to Central London so no visible damage but a very visible police presence.

For some reason I carted the camera all over with me but realised on the train home I hadn't used it.

Carys was having a great day having been to Royal Mews again, looked at the soldiers outside Buckingham Palace and Clarence House, watched entertainers in covent Garden and then spent over 3/4 of an hour in Waterstones choosing a new book that Daddy promised her. (She actually got three, well they were on 3for2 and she loves books so I couldn't see any reason not to indulge that love.)

So this summed up her day a lovely strawberry milkshake (almost as big as her) and a bag of books. What more could a four year old ask for.

Off up North tomorrow. Two kids and the best part of 4hrs on the train...interesting. May or may not manage to blip, but will back blip if not. Have a good weekend.
