A little bit of Wales in London

Today we have potentially found a rather lovely place to call home.

Just off Columbia road, where the famous flower market's held every Sunday, sits a 'loft style' flat. The location is pretty perfect. The terrace looks out onto Hackney City Farm and we saw a fox out of the window so there's even local wildlife!

I saw this door on my way down Columbia Road. I've been in before and liked it not only for the myriad little vintage treasures but because the owners are from Snowdonia. It's always heartening to see a Welsh flag in London.

As we were so nearby it felt wrong not to visit Brik Lane for a curry on the way home... :-)
