left turn?

today was my first exam of the semester. feel good about it; we'll see.

got out this afternoon a bit early; my mom had sent a me a text message earlier just to say hi (she had a layover in Dallas). But the layover turned into stayover. A canceled flight, turned into a surprise afternoon/evening with my Mom! (can you say excitement!)

B actually rescued my Mom from the airport while I was still at school and still in the dark about the whole thing. We had a great afternoon, got my mom on blip (see her page here ) and enjoyed a bit to eat before she had to return to the airport hotel--early flight out tomorrow.

Moms rule!
