This is Press and Journal columnist, Peter Mitchell, snapped in unusual casual wear. every time you see this man about town he is well dressed, wearing his trade mark fedora. But really Peter, braces with a polo shirt?
He is a true bon viveur and king of the liggers. It is reputed that he would go along to an opening of a milk carton, if there was free nosh and liquid refreshment involved.
I noticed here that he appears to have brought along his own strawberries to enjoy with the ice cream, actually on closer inspection the ice cream seem to be a shop purchased carton also.
