Newby Hall

Not far from Ripon, an 18th century house with lovely gardens and trees. Spent a very pleasant day wandering round the grounds and we were lucky to have sunshine most of the time, no rain!

This view is from the River Ure which borders the gardens to the south side of the house, looking along the double herbaceous borders.
