Having managed inadvertently to book a week on the Isle of Wight that coincided with Cowes Week, we never actually got the opportunity to see any of the sailing as it is not exactly a child-friendly activity. I was determined though to get some shots on the return journey across The Solent and did just that.

The problem I had was that it was so windy on the boat that most of the shots showed signs of camera shake, many of which simply spoiled the photo, but some were better than others, including the one above.


We're home now and have had a great holiday. Friends visiting tomorrow and then work on Monday - how fast time goes when you're having fun.
