Another day, another festival....

this time a kite festival at Whitley Bay.
The kites came in all shapes and sizes, but this was the biggest. There wasn't very much wind, but they all managed to get up in the air.
There were lots of competitions, such as which kite could get the highest, and I was amazed that they didn't get tangled with each other.
It was a lovely sunny morning, a great change from the usual wet weather.
