Short Back & Sides
Every so often I have to tackle the ivy on the outhouse roof that I was silly enough to allow to grow!
I thought ivy was well-behaved and it clung close to anything it grew on. Well, this is shrub ivy. It grows over and outwards and it has to be clipped back, despite what the birds say.
Ivy is vindictive, however. It fights back when I attempt to tame it. I have to be very careful. In the days when I used to use a homemade wooden roof ladder it slid off the peak of the roof and jettisoned me on the ground, standing upright for a time until I fell over backwards with the roof ladder still in my hands. I've invested in some proper roof ladders since then.
Still, you don't want to know all this and anyway I'm just trying to get to 400 now!
