Play Pieces

We've been negotiating on play pieces for school. A bargain was finally concluded this evening. It's been agreed...Monday and Friday - crisps or a sweetie. Tues/Wed/Thurs - fruit. Yes, fruit. Even for Ella - as long as the fruit can sometimes be cucumber or red peppers apparently.

I'm thinking I might channel one of those good mothers and make some flapjacks or something like that. The novelty will soon wear off though and before I know it they'll be having a Mars Bar for their play pieces and a six pack of Walkers crisps for their snack at home.

But for this week, it's fruit. ('Til Friday)
